DOT SAP Education for FTA-Regulated Transit Professionals
Public-transit employees performing safety-sensitive operations, maintenance, control, dispatch, CDL, or armed-security functions. Education is designed to support a DOT-qualified SAP's individualized recommendation—not replace it.

Can transit employees complete the education online?
Beyond the Violation is self-directed and completed online through protected course access. The referring SAP should have working knowledge of the selected education option.
Who receives the completion information?
The participant receives a certificate after review and can provide appropriate completion information to the referring SAP or other authorized recipient.
