How to complete your course
- Download and save. Save the PDF to your device. If you cannot type in the fields, open the saved file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Complete your work. Follow the assigned activities and time requirements. Save regularly. Close and reopen after your first answer to check that it saved.
- Upload your finished PDF. Select Upload Completed Course, enter your name and email, choose your saved PDF, and submit. Wait for the Received confirmation.
- Receive your certificate by email. We normally review your work within 24 hours. Once approved, your certificate PDF is emailed to the address you entered with your submission. You can also view your status and download the certificate here.
Listen & Learn — 8-hour course
Open the companion, select Listen, and use Pause, Resume, Replay, and Next at your own pace. It is condensed learning support, not a replacement for the full workbook or required learning time.
Practice answers and notes stay in that browser. Use Save my notes to keep a copy. They are not submitted automatically; submit the completed course PDF separately.
Keep your course-access email. Private access normally lasts seven days; contact support if you need more time.
